  1. STEP 1
    REQUEST ご依頼

  2. STEP 2
    HEARING ヒアリング

    ショップツールアイテムの効果的なデザインを行うため、デザインの方向性・イメージなどお伺い致します。ご予算・スケジュール等もお打ち合わせさせて戴きます。

    We will ask you about your design direction and image in order to effectively design your store tool items. We will also discuss your budget and schedule.

  3. STEP 3
    PRODUCTION ESTIMATE 制作見積もり

    お打ち合わせの内容から、仕様や印刷枚数が決定しましたら、デザイン制作費／印刷費の御見積書をご提出させて戴きます。
    ※撮影が必要な場合は、カメラマンをご紹介致します。

    Once the specifications and number of copies to be printed have been determined, we will provide you with a quotation for design and printing costs.
    *If photography is required, we will introduce a photographer.

  4. STEP 4
    PRESENTATION プレゼンテーション

    お打ち合わせのお話しを踏まえて最適なデザインをご提出させて戴きます。
    ※提案数・修正回数はご相談に応じます。

    We will submit the most suitable design based on the discussion at the meeting.
    *The number of proposals and revisions will be negotiable.

  5. STEP 5
    REVISION / FINALIZATION デザイン修正・確定

    1回目のご提案から更にクライアント様のご意見をもとに修正し、デザインの質を高め、効果的なデザインを追求していきます。
    ※指定の修正回数が増えた場合や、修正段階での大幅な変更は、別途料金を頂戴する事があります。

    We will make further revisions based on the client's feedback from the first proposal to improve the quality of the design and pursue an effective design.
    *If the number of revisions specified by the client increases, or if major changes are made during the revision stage, an additional fee may be charged.

  6. STEP 6
    PRINTING / PROCESSING 印刷・加工

    制作物のデザイン・仕様が決定しましたら、印刷入稿を行います。印刷や加工の種類にもよりますが、1〜2週間程度必要です。

    Once the design and specifications of your production have been decided, we will submit it for printing. Depending on the type of printing and processing, it may take one to two weeks.

  7. STEP 7
    DELIVERY 納品

    ご指定の日にち、場所に納品致します。納品後の変更相談 販促物のデザイン相談など、お気軽にご連絡下さい。

    We will deliver at the date and place you specify. Please feel free to contact us for consultation on changes after delivery, design consultation of promotional materials, etc.

  8. STEP 8
    INVOICING 請求書の発行

    請求書をお送り致します。納品後にお振込をお願いします。
    ※印刷物によっては、印刷費のみ印刷発注時に先払いをお願いする事があります。

    We will send you an invoice. Please make the payment after the delivery.
    *For some printed materials, we may ask you to pay only the printing cost in advance when you place the printing order.

  2. STEP 2
    HEARING ヒアリング

    新規事業計画・コンセプト・リニューアル相談など、お店をどのようなものにしたいかなどをお聞きします。
    予算等やスケジュールを含め、お互いに意見を交わし意思疎通をはかります。

    We will ask you what you want the store to look like, such as new business plans, concepts, and renewal consultations.
    We will exchange opinions and communicate with each other, including budgets and schedules.

  3. STEP 3
    RESEARCH 現場調査

    お客様と共に物件の計画地を見に行きます（遠方の場合は、交通費を頂くことがあります）
    リニューアルの場合は、既存店の視察・調査を行い改善点をご提案させて頂きます。
    また、新規物件の場合にも不動産契約前に現地調査をさせていただければ、業種に合った物件かどうかを判断・アドバイスさせていただきます。

    I will go to see the planned site of the property with the customer (If it is far away, you may be charged for transportation)
    In the case of renewal, we will inspect and investigate existing stores and propose improvements.
    In addition, even in the case of a new property, if we conduct a field survey before the real estate contract, we will judge and advise whether the property is suitable for the type of business.

  4. STEP 4
    PRESENTATION 初回プレゼン

    コンセプトシートやイメージコラージュ、平面図、もしくはパースを作成してプレゼンテーションします。デザインの方向性（雰囲気）を決めたうえ具体的なレイアウトを話し合います。
    （規模の大小に関わらず、実費￥150,000が必要となります。）その際に、設計料/概算工事費を御見積致します。

    Create and present concept sheets, image collages, floor plans, or perspectives. After deciding the direction (atmosphere) of the design, we will discuss the specific layout.
    (Regardless of the scale, an actual cost of ¥ 150,000 is required.) At that time, we will estimate the design fee / estimated construction cost.

  5. STEP 5
    CONTRACT ご契約

    話し合った内容を基に図面、パース等の修正、改良して再度プレゼンテーションします。プレゼンテーションの内容、設計料など、にご納得いただければ弊社との契約を結びます。

    Based on the content of the discussion, we will correct and improve the drawings, perspectives, etc. and present again. If you are satisfied with the content of the presentation, design fee, etc., we will conclude a contract with us.

  6. STEP 6
    DESIGN 基本設計

    施工業者（工事業者）に対して、見積もりを取るための図面を起こします（仕上表・平面図・展開図・天井伏図・照明配置リスト・什器図・断面詳細図等）。

    We will make a drawing for the contractor (constructor) to get an estimate (finishing table, floor plan, development drawing, ceiling plan, lighting layout list, furniture drawing, detailed cross-sectional view, etc.).

  7. STEP 7
    CONTRACTOR 施工業者の決定

    予算を基に工事費見積もりを取ります。 ご希望であれば何社かに見積もりを依頼し、比較検討のうえ決定します。同時に金額調整も行います。

    We will estimate the construction cost based on the budget. If you wish, we will request a quote from several companies and make a decision after comparison. At the same time, the amount will be adjusted.

  8. STEP 8
    FINAL DEIGN 実施設計

    見積もり用に描いた基本設計図書を基に、工事をするための詳しい製作用図面を起こします（詳細図面）。施工業者との打ち合わせを重ね、詳細を詰めていきます。

    Based on the basic design document drawn for estimation, we will create detailed production drawings for construction (detailed drawings). We will hold meetings with the contractor and work out the details.

  9. STEP 9
    DESIGN MANAGEMENT 意匠監理

    実施設計で起こした製作用図面を基に現場工事が進行。現場に出向いたり、TEL/FAX/E-mail等で工事業者とやりとりを交わして進めていきます。

    On-site construction is proceeding based on the production drawings created in the implementation design. We will go to the site and exchange information with the contractor by TEL / FAX / E-mail etc.

  10. STEP 10
    INSPECTION 竣工検査

    プラン通りに出来上がっているか、全てキチンと機能するかどうか等を検査します。(お客様、弊所、工事業者の三者で行います) 不備事項があれば手直し工事リストを作成のうえ随所直します。

    We will inspect whether it is completed according to the plan and whether everything works well. (Customers, our office, and the contractor will do it.) If there are any deficiencies, we will make a repair work list and fix it everywhere.

  11. STEP 11
    DELIVERY お引渡し

    業務完了です。お店の場合、この日からお客様の開店準備作業が始まります。

    The business is complete. In the case of a store, the customer’s opening preparation work will start from this day.

  12. STEP 12
    PRE-OPEN プレオープン

    厨房設備機器のチェック、接客練習なども兼ねたテストオープンを行い、グランドオープンに向けての最終調整を行います。

    We will conduct a test opening that also serves as a check of kitchen equipment and customer service practice, and make final adjustments for the grand opening.

  13. STEP 13
    GRAND OPEN グランドオープン

    OPEN後のケアもしっかりさせていただきます。メンテナンスなどのご相談も承ります。

    We will also take care of you after OPEN. We also accept consultations such as maintenance.
